"Know the Numbers!"

We don’t like to think of bad things happening to our families, but emergencies do happen.

Having your family prepared for an emergency could mean the difference between life and death.  

The best way to get through an emergency is for parents and kids to be familiar with emergency numbers.   Post emergency numbers in a prominent place near the phone. Make sure all family members know where to find them.  

Include numbers for 911 emergency services, police, the fire department, poison control, your family physician, the closest hospital and even which friend or family member to call in the event of an emergency. 

Knowing the numbers when you need them most can save a life!
